dekorworld.in, you can "Checkout as Guest" , however by signing up

4. How do I change my

The moment you sign in, click on 'My Account'. Click on

status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please 'Sign in' and
click on 'My Account'. Once in My Account, locate and click 'Order History'.
This is the section which contains information about all the orders you have
placed with dekorworld.in. Select the order you wish to track.
2. How do I know when
my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email notifying when your order has been
confirmed. You can also go to 'My Account' section and click on 'Order History'
to check the status of your order.
3. How do I track my
package?
You can track your order by signing into 'My Account'. Click
on 'Order History', select the order you wish to track, and finally click on
'Tracking Code'. You will also receive an email notification when your order is
dispatched from our warehouse.
4. What do I do if an
item is missing from my shipment?
If upon opening your order packet, you discover that an item

Shipping
1. What are the
shipping charges on dekorworld.in products?
As a special privilege to our valued customers,
dekorworld.in provides free shipping on all orders of Rs. 1000/- and above.
orders below Rs. 1000/- (for normal delivery) Rs 100 will be charged. For
Express delivery and Self Pickup Next day (From Specific Place on Metro Cities)
Extra will be charged for every single order irrespective of order value in a
single mode of transport, Which will be Communicated by our customercare person
to you on the call. All COD orders will be charges as Rs.50 Per Unit as COD
Charges.
2. What are the
shipping methods available?
Dekorworld.in offers three methods of shipping. Standard
Delivery by air/surface transport which takes up to 3-5/7-10 business days,
Express Delivery by air transport which takes up to 2 business days to deliver
and Self Pickup Next day only for Metro Cities.All Packets above 3 Kg will be
send by Surface Mode only.
3. How long will it
take to receive the ordered products?
For most of our products the following shipping times apply:
Standard Delivery Mode: For all prepaid orders made through
an online payment method, you will receive your order packet within 3-5/7-10
business days for Air/Surafce Mode resceptively from the date of order
confirmation, depending on the location of the delivery.For Customer for Far
East(Manipur,Assam,Meghalaya etc.) or Rural areas the delivery time may
increase from 2-3 days.
Express Delivery Mode: Only for prepaid orders made through
an online payment method or Paytm, you will receive your order packet within 2
days business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the
location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via air transport.
Self Pickup Next day Mode: Only for prepaid orders made
through an online payment method or Paytm, you will receive your order packet
Very Next Day from the date of order confirmation(Not applicable for Sunday or
Goverment Holidays),Will provide the address of the Courier partners office in
your city and you can take the packet very next day of your order,Valid for
orders Received Before 2 PM, depending on the location of the delivery.These
products will be shipped via Express air transport.
However for all orders made through the COD service, Only
Standard shipping timelines will apply.
4. How will the
products be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid
any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high
quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are
wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you
receive your order in safe and secure condition.
5. What if the
packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the
product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the
package and immediately notify our Customer Service at +91-7838784438 (Monday -
Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM). We will offer a replacement, depending on your
preference and product availability.
6. Will I have to
sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you
confirm that the package is delivered in the correct condition (without obvious
tamper or damage on the outer package).
7. What if I am not
home when my package arrives?
Our Shipping Partner will call you prior to the delivery,
confirming your availability. However for any reason if you are still not
available at your home, then our shipping partner will leave a 'Miss You Card'
at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery date. You need to
confirm the same by calling our shipping partner back on the number given in
the 'Miss You Card' and they will contact you again before coming for delivery.
Our Shipping partner will try 3 delivery attempts before sending the order
packet back to us. All Non-Delivered Returns will be treated as cancelled
products, and the amount will be refunded in form of Store Credits to your
dekorworld.in account.
8. My items haven't
arrived yet. What can I do?
You can track your order by signing in to 'My Account'. Once
on the page, click on to 'Order History', then by clicking on 'Tracking Code',
you can get the complete transit detail of your order. For further assistance,
please contact our Customer Service at +91-7838784438 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM

to the customer care or in mail, so that we can check and update the reason of
delay.

Returns
1. What do I do if I
have received a wrong item?
Please contact our Customer Service at +91-7838784438
(Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at help@dekorworld.in, if you have
received a wrong or a damaged product to initiate the return process. You can
also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the
'Submit a Support Request' form. You will receive a Request ID, which you can
refer to our customer service executive, during any follow up calls.
You will be asked to mail a picture of the received product
for initiating the return process. Please note that the return/exchange will be
done as per the availability of the product.
2. How do I return an
item?
A product is only eligible for return if you have received a
wrong or a damaged product. To ensure that we are able to process your returns
accurately and promptly, please read through the following steps, along with
this please ensure the guidelines mentioned below them are followed.
STEPS:
1. Call our Customer Service to raise a Return Request. You
may also choose to mail or submit a support request. (Read the last section of
this answer for further details.)
2. Mail a picture of the received product clearly depicting
the issue (in case of damage/defect) along with your order details.
3. dekorworld.in help you in reverse pick-up, once the
merchandise is back at our warehouse, checked and approved by our Quality
Assurance team. The refund process gets initiated.

GUIDELINES:
- Product must be returned with the original packaging
intact, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards,
shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund with
in 7 days of receiving the product, store credit or refudn will be processed
within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
- dekorworld.in reserves the right to do a thorough quality
check of the product before issuing a refund.

3. How will I be
refunded?
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form
of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are
usually processed within 24 hours.
All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued
through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example,
if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be
issued to your credit card.
Refunds for COD payments will be issued either through an
account payee cheque,Paytm or online Transfer in the customer's name (as given
in 'billing name' at time of purchase), or store credits.
4. What are Store
Credits?
Store credits are easy ready money. A form of dekorworld.in
currency, they are securely stored in your account. They never expire and can
be used for any future purchases without any restrictions. They appear as a
payment method during the checkout, with an option of using any particular
amount that you wish to.
5. How long does it
take to receive a refund?
All refunds will be processed after receiving the
merchandise back at our warehouse, and after an approval of our Quality
Assurance team.This process may take 7-10 Business days.
Store Credits: The fastest way of refund, they are processed
within 24 hours, after Quality check by the Team.
Credit / Debit Cards: Refund is processed within 7 working
days, this shows in your next billing, after Quality check by the Team
Net-banking: The Refund amount is credited to your account
within 5 days from the date of approval of the refund, after Quality check by
the Team
Cash Before Delivery: Refunds are made through Store
Credits, cheque, Paytm or online tranfer will be done within 7 days from the
date of approval of the refund.
6. Will I have to pay
for shipping the product back to you?
In Normal cases there will be no shipping charges,But the
customer need to send the product back to our wearhouse as address mention in
the invoice, after confirming the courier charges to our customer care
assistance, We will return the amount spend by the customer on return shippment
with the order refund amount. All you need to do is inform our Customer Service

products?
To review the products, you first need to sign in or
register yourself with Dekor World. Choose the product, click on the 'Review'
option on the product page to rate and review.
2. Why should I
review the product?
As a user, you will be credited 100 INR to your account for
reviewing any product. However, on your next purchase, 100 INR would be
redeemed from the total amount of purchase.
Your reviews are considered valuable in improving our
products and services.
NB: One user can avail this benefit only once.
3. How much time does
it take to publish a review?
It will take 2-4 working days for us to publish a review.
4. When will the
store credit expire?
The store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of
issuing.
5. How many products
can I review?
As a user, you can review as many products you want. But, we
would highly suggest you to review the products you purchased or used. So, as
to benefit other customers as well.

wishlist?
The wishlist keeps track of products you love and want. To
start your wishlist, you will first need to be registered with dekorworld.in.
While you are browsing through the website, you can bookmark your favourite
products by going into their details page and clicking the wishlist checkbox.
You can sign in to your account any time later, go to 'Wishlist' and can
directly place an order from there.
2. Can I place an
item on hold for purchase at a later date?
We do provide you with the opportunity to create your own
wishlist where you can select product(s) for further purchase. But this does
not hold the product for a later date. It gives you easy access to buy that
product only if the quantity is still available.

We are constantly updating our product range so we invite
