Shipping and Delivery Policy
At dekorworld.in, it is our endeavor to make your shopping
experience seamless, enjoyable, simple and hassle-free. Therefore, we ensure
that every product you order is in perfect condition and that it reaches you
within the time stipulated by us. Please do peruse our Shipping & Delivery
Policy.
TYPES OF SHIPPING
AVAILABLE
We provide 3 modes of
shipping to our customers:
Standard Delivery
Mode: For all prepaid orders made through an online payment method/Credit
Debit Card/Paytm/Paypal, you will receive your order packet within 3-5/7-10
business days for Air/Surafce Mode resceptively from the date of order
confirmation, depending on the location of the delivery.For Customer for Far
East(Manipur,Assam,Meghalaya etc.) or Rural areas the delivery time may
increase from 2-3 days.All Packets above 3 Kg will be send by Surface Mode
only.
Express Delivery
Mode: Only for prepaid orders made through an online payment method/Credit
Debit Card/Paytm/Paypal, you will receive your order packet within 2 days
business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the location of
the delivery. These products will be shipped via air transport.
Self Pickup Next day
Mode: Only for prepaid orders made through an online payment method/Credit
Debit Card/Paytm/Paypal, you will receive your order packet Very Next Day from
the date of order confirmation(Not applicable for Sunday or Goverment
Holidays),Will provide the address of the Courier partners office in your city
and you can take the packet very next day of your order,Valid for orders
Received Before 2 PM, depending on the location of the delivery.These products
will be shipped via Express air transport.
However for all orders made through the COD service, Only
Standard shipping timelines will apply.
SHIPPING CHARGES
As a special privilege to our valued customers,
dekorworld.in provides free shipping on all orders of Rs. 1000/- and above.
orders below Rs. 1000/- (for normal delivery) Rs 100 will be charged. For
Express delivery and Self Pickup Next day (From Specific Place on Metro Cities)
Extra will be charged for every single order irrespective of order value in a
single mode of transport, Which will be Communicated by our customercare person
to you on the call. All COD orders will be charges as Rs.50 Per Unit as COD
Charges.
* Not applicable for Furniture, Lighting & Wall Mirrors.
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid
any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high
quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are
wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you
receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of
discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered with or
damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our Customer

DELIVERY TIME &
TRACKING INFORMATION
Please allow Standard Delivery by air/surface transport
which takes up to 3-5/7-10 business days, Express Delivery by air transport
which takes up to 2 business days to deliver and Self Pickup Next day only for
Metro Cities.Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice
before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate
address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will
help in making a faster delivery.
An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and
also once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery process. For further

PAYMENT POLICY
dekorworld.in offers multiple ways to make payments for your
order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking transactions, Paytm,
Paypal. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted
payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment
processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.
We also offer Cash On Delivery as a special service to our
valued guests. COD or Cash on Delivery is an alternate method of payment that
we extend to our valued Customers, other than any online payments.We will
dispatch the order and you can collect the packet from our courier partners
after paying your due amount.For any assistance related to payments, please

RETURN POLICY
Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of
your online shopping experience at dekorworld.in. We go the distance to ensure
that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in
delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a
policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged
condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.
A product is only eligible for return under the following
conditions:
· A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event
that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
· If you identify a manufacturing defect on the
received product.
· If the product is received in a damaged condition.
Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon
delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns
accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the
guidelines that need to be followed.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery
by calling our Customer Service at +91-7838784438 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7
PM) or mail us at help@dekorworld.in. You can also submit your Return Request
by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form,
to initiate the return process.
2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the
received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of
damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to
help@dekorworld.in. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster
process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its
eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request
Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your
return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the
product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a
pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund
process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for
important details.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:
- Product must be returned with the original packaging,
including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping
label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
- Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund,
processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
- dekorworld.in reserves the right to do a thorough quality
check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products,
we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we
deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis
and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in
our stores.

REFUND POLICY:
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the
merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store
Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form
of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are
usually processed within 24 hours.
All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued
through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example,
if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be
issued to your credit card.
Refunds for COD payments will be issued either through an
account payee cheque,Paytm or online Transfer in the customer's name (as given
in 'billing name' at time of purchase), or store credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are
made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for
it. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in
transit, a nominal In-transit cancellation fee will be charged of 10% of the
order value. This is due to the nature of our products which are high-quality
fragile items, once in transit, we expect our guests to share a part of the
shipping charges already borne by us.
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the
Customer Service at +91-7838784438 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us
at help@dekorworld.in. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer
paid to us except for COD ( that will be refunded either by store
credits,cheque,Paytm or online transfer).
DISCLAIMER:
All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws
and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and dekorworld.in
shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human
injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use
whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use
or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions
shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights
under applicable Indian laws.
